Your First Visit

Welcome to New Hope Fertility Institute of Texas. Your first visit is an important step in your journey toward optimal reproductive health, and we are here to provide you with the best possible care and guidance. During your initial consultation, you'll meet with Dr. Chauhan and our medical team to discuss your medical history, reproductive goals, and any concerns you may have. This comprehensive evaluation is key to developing a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

 

Dr. Chauhan will review your documentation and conduct any necessary tests to get a complete picture of your reproductive health. This may include blood work, imaging studies, or other diagnostic procedures. We aim to make your experience as informative and stress-free as possible.

FIRST VISIT

Please Bring The Following

  • Driver’s License or a valid ID
  • Insurance information
  • Referral Letter (if required)
  • Reports, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, etc. and any other relevant information
  • List of medications (if any)

PATIENT APPOINTMENT

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment, please call our office during business hours and provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to other patients on our waiting list.

 

A $100 fee will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.

Dr. Chauhan

Dr. Subodh Chauhan, Founder and CEO of New Hope Fertility Institute of Texas, is Board Certified in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology. A Clinical Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine, he has trained in India, the UK, and the USA.

 

Known for his personalized care, Dr. Chauhan performs IVF and Embryo transfers for all his patients and is highly regarded for his compassionate and ethical approach.
