Your first visit
Four steps from first call to your plan.
Your first visit is an important step toward answers. We keep it informative and unhurried, so you leave knowing what is happening and why.

Request your appointment
Call our office or send the form on this page. Our staff finds a time that works and answers any questions before you come in.

Gather your paperwork
Bring your ID, insurance card, prior records, and medication list. Having your history on hand means Dr. Chauhan can start evaluating on day one instead of waiting on records.

Meet Dr. Chauhan
Your consultation covers your medical history, reproductive goals, and concerns. Dr. Chauhan reviews your documentation and orders any testing needed, such as blood work or imaging.

Get your personalized plan
Once results are in, you review them with Dr. Chauhan directly and leave with a plan built around your diagnosis, your timeline, and your budget.

To cancel, call our office during business hours with at least 48 hours notice so we can offer your slot to a patient on our waiting list. A $100 fee applies to cancellations made inside 48 hours.

Dr. Subodh Chauhan
Founder and CEO of New Hope Fertility Institute of Texas, Dr. Chauhan is Board Certified in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology, and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine. He trained in India, the UK, and the USA.
Known for personalized care, he performs IVF cycles and embryo transfers for all of his patients and is highly regarded for his compassionate, ethical approach.
